About these terms
These terms apply to ElitezCard products and digital services ordered from ElitezCard, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Prices and bulk pricing
Prices on this website are listed prices in UAE dirhams (AED). Bulk pricing for physical NFC cards: AED 100 each for 1–4s, AED 75 each for 5–24s, AED 60 each for 25–99s and AED 50 each for 100+s. Items marked "on request" are quoted individually. Offers apply only during their stated dates.
Online orders
An order sent through this website is a request, not a payment. We confirm the product, design, final price, plan terms (including any renewals) and delivery with you before you pay. Prices shown in the order form are estimates based on the listed and bulk prices.
What's included
Every NFC business card (PVC or metal) includes an NFC-secured protective pouch.
Delivery charges
Listed prices do not include delivery. Delivery charges are additional, depend on your location in the UAE and the size of the order, and are confirmed with you before you pay.
Custom design charges
Sending your own logo, artwork and details, or using the card designer on this website, is free. A custom card design created by our team is charged additionally; we quote the design fee and agree it with you before we start.
Orders and design
We confirm your product, design and profile content with you before production. Designs made in the website's live preview are illustrations only.
NFC and device compatibility
NFC behaviour varies by phone model and settings. Every ElitezCard card includes a QR code so the profile can be opened on any phone with a camera.
Your content
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information, images, logos and links you publish or upload, and for having the right to use them.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, faulty items and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Reviews
Google review cards and stands must be used in line with Google's policies — for example, without offering incentives for reviews.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; the terms that apply to your order are the ones in place when we confirm it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
