Information you give us
When you send an enquiry, place an order, send a design or use ElitezCard services, you may give us your name, email, mobile/WhatsApp number, company, emirate, delivery address, job title, logo, artwork, photos, links and other profile content.
Forms on this website
Enquiry, order and design forms are stored securely in our system and sent to our team by email, and you receive a confirmation email. Logos and artwork you upload in the card designer are kept privately to prepare your card and are not published.
Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)
Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to stop spam. reCAPTCHA is loaded when you use a form and collects information about your device and use, which Google processes under its Privacy Policy and Terms.
Visit statistics
We count page visits (page, source and device type) without cookies and without storing your IP address, to see which pages are useful.
Digital profiles are public
Content on a digital profile is visible to anyone who opens it by tap, QR code or link. Don't publish anything you wouldn't print on a business card. Password protection is available on plans that include it.
How we use information
To respond to enquiries, prepare and deliver products, set up and operate digital profiles, provide support and keep our services secure.
Sharing
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run ElitezCard (for example hosting, email, printing and delivery) or where the law requires it.
Your choices
Ask us to access, correct or delete your information on WhatsApp or at [email protected].

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
